Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in "like-new" condition.
Saddles customized or altered per your specifications are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

Email equestriangearstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Pack your items securely, clearly label the outside with your RA number, and drop it off at the carrier specified on your label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
If you paid via cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in USD to the same wallet address used for purchase, based on the exchange rate at the time of refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different size or model, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 60 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge. Email photos of the damage and your order number to equestriangearstore@gmail.com, and we'll arrange a prompt replacement.
